reminder today plays the victims of March 11, 2004. I think it's good that on days like this around the world is a little bit conscious about the disasters that caused a group of people quite touched in the head. How do you kill 192 people, not counting the remaining family shattered, and live without regrets? A few days ago I read testimonies of relatives, and a brief personal history of the deceased and I froze. It is striking how many people with so many hopes and dreams were shattered their lives on any given day, without expecting it, unable to say goodbye to their loved ones.
Yes, I know that every day millions of people die in the world and not all are remembered ... but at least we can remember to, and more fucking to be victims of terrorism.
Yet today, March 11, 2011, there has been another normal day. A 8.9 magnitude earthquake has shaken Japan (accompanied by a tsunami 10 meters). At the moment are 60 dead and many wounded (as well as missing persons) The sky is gray and looks that even the clouds weep for the disaster occurrence. The land is we want to say something ... it does not give enough ... care and respect that we know ... but we do not pay any attention. This leaves very "distant", but it is not the type of disaster that could happen in our country. Here again my desire to raise a bit more to people that no one is immortal, that we are not untouchable and that we can pass either a tragedy (though each live with our own tragedies already)
With this news, which made 14 months with my girlfriend is a little small ... but still try to smile and think that I am not alone in this chaotic world.
Trivia: Tonight I dreamed of an earthquake warning and had to hide to avoid damage because it would be quite serious and just wake up and turn on the computer I read the news in Japan. Sometimes I am shocked to my strange dreams. "Pure coincidence or some kind of premonition?
