Easy Latin Dessert Recipes

María del Carmen Soler Cecilia Cedeño

A friend, wonderful poet and wonderful person. I leave here one of his poems from his latest book published by Torremozas: "Extravaganza"
Hugs, Maria del Carmen, thanks for sending the book and hope to see you soon.

City
write this poem with nothing to say.
The words are hollow, meaningless
,
not expect to be read,
have no content, as
today is working day
between holidays.
Some bridge,
for others, routine.

An old man waving his walking stick
hurry,
as if the ride was as
aware of his present life.
A man
of just five years
riding a bicycle followed by their parents.
A girl
check them food
pigeons and a small sparrow suddenly come
,
steals some crumbs.

Today
born ten children, twelve elders die
and nineteen adults
cease to exist by reason of traffic. Today we will practice
fifty-nine
abortions and another woman murdered
die for his former partner.
write this poem with nothing to say
because nothing happens.

With Maria del Carmen and other friends in the Pati Llimona during Poetry Week.
